Responsibilities
- In conjunction with Sr. Creative Director, oversee and uphold the Lazy Dog brand(s) identity.
- Conceptualize, design, produce and execute innovative design concepts for a variety of assets including, but not limited to, website graphics, social, infographics, animation, digital marketing materials, print collateral, packaging, and branding initiatives.
- Lead and/or participate creative brainstorming sessions for design projects.
- Lead the graphic design team in creating and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Partner with internal teams (i.e. marketing, social, membership, product, and UX) to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of design outputs.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and work within budget.
- Present design ideas and drafts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Oversee the final production of design assets, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional design experience, with a proven track record in a design role. Seven (7) years or more prior experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with web design software (e.g., Figma) is preferred, as is prior experience with UC/UI design, video editing and/or copy writing, photography and./or video production skills. a plus but not required.
