Executive Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
Location: Remote (must be available during PT business hours)
Hours: 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday (3+ hours/day, 8 AM–11 AM PT)

Key Responsibilities
- Email and Calendar Management: Organize multiple inboxes, escalate important messages, and manage scheduling to resolve conflicts independently.
- Scheduling Czar: Assist with allocating time to different clients and projects, and lining up my schedule with the correct tasks and goals.
- AI Workflow Development: Assist in testing and refining AI processes for internal and client use.
- Research and Data Entry: Perform guided research, compile content, and build lists, leveraging AI tools where applicable.
- Client Communication: Draft professional correspondence and respond on my behalf as needed.
- Expense Reporting & Accounts Receivable: Create and reconcile invoices and assist with basic financial tasks.
- Project Support: Maintain Trello boards, track deadlines, and keep digital notes organized.
- Travel Arrangements: Research and book travel, create itineraries, and assist with planning.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets/Docs, and project management tools like Trello or Jira.
- Strong reliability and punctuality, with the ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in video collaboration and Slack.
- Adaptability to learn and use various apps and tools as needed.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information (NDA required).
Preferred Experience:
- Prior roles in executive or administrative support.
- Familiarity with managing workflows in biweekly sprints.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $31–$35/hour, based on experience.
- Position Type: Independent contractor (1099).
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–11 AM PT. No work required on 13 official U.S. bank holidays.
