About The Role
Join our team at Jones Road Beauty as a freelance Designer, reporting directly to the Creative Director. In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping our brand's visual identity. Collaborate with the creative team to design and create graphics for marketing campaigns, product packaging concepts, and captivating social media content. Your attention to detail and creative outlook will contribute to maintaining a consistent brand image across platforms. What You'll Do
- Collaborate in the development and refinement of compelling digital advertising assets, spanning social media, display ads, email campaigns, web pages and more
- Develop and execute innovative, unexpected creative solutions while adhering to Jones Road Beauty design aesthetics and style guide
- Leverage expertise in digital best practices to engage users, constantly pushing the envelope in design evolution
- Ensure the seamless upload and quality assurance of landing pages and emails, working closely with the Marketing team for successful deployment
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years experience of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally within the Beauty or Fashion Industry
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Familiarity with basic video editing and animated gifs
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile user experience best practices
- Solid foundation in content creation and social media
- Expertise in visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color for digital assets
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment
