WithMe is seeking a visionary
SVP of Sales to drive exponential growth and expand our market presence. Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the executive team, this role is crucial for developing strategic sales initiatives, maximizing our total addressable market (TAM), and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Create and execute innovative strategies to drive revenue and increase market penetration.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture aligned with executive goals.
- Financial Oversight: Develop goal-based budgets and manage resources efficiently, refining sales strategies for optimal ROI.
- Customer Success: Build long-term customer relationships, driving a proactive, data-driven approach to client satisfaction.
- Expansion: Adapt strategies to explore new markets and stay ahead of competitors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership with proven revenue growth and market expansion.
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strategic thinker with expertise in TAM, strong financial acumen, and executive-level communication.

Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
Base Salary Range
$100,000—$120,000 USD
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range factoring in commission earnings eligibility.
OTE Range
$250,000—$300,000 USD
