About Our Founder
Gucci Westman has more than 20 years of professional experience as a major editorial makeup artist, contributing to publications like Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Gucci is known for creating dewy, supernaturally glowy looks and her highly coveted “second-skin approach” to makeup, resulting in naturally beautiful, radiantly amplified skin.
Position Summary
The Paid Media Manager will assist in profitable and diversified customer acquisition. A key liaison across teams and our agencies, this role is a key contributor to paid channel strategy, performance, execution, and hindsight.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role will be data and metrics-driven while still contributing creative insights and ideas. Strong candidates will be skilled in data-driven decision making, and have a proven track record in driving successful paid media strategies to achieve marketing and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute campaigns across channels to drive the most efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing brand or long-term growth
- Own the creative process to support GTM launches and optimize performance, from briefing to post-launch analysis and learnings
- Lead weekly and monthly performance recaps including identifying any learnings, risk, and opportunities
- Contribute to demand generation ideas
- Execute a/b testing strategy that meets broader KPI goals and brand guidelines
- Assist in new channel diversification and launches
- Main point of contact with digital marketing agency, ensuring they are up to date on goals, calendar shifts, creative delivery, etc
- Consistently maintain a strong eye in the market for emerging channels and trends
- Maintain competitive analysis documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with ease, exhibiting a strong grasp of how to balance profitability and desirability
- Partner with Ecommerce team to optimize landing pages performance and identify other opportunities to increase site conversion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s, preferred
- 3-4 year’s experience scaling performance marketing channels in a direct to consumer space; beauty and luxury experience a plus
- At least 1 year’s experience planning and executing paid social campaigns
- Experience with DSPs/Ad Management tools for Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Agile, highly organized individual with a knack for data and drive to innovate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics
Westman Atelier offers a holistic total compensation package designed to support employees in all aspects of life, including a robust suite of health benefits, wellness perks, 401k, and paid parental leave. The base salary for this position will range from $100,000 - $110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on job related skills, experience, and location.
