As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive revenue. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to create and publish compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
- Create and manage the content calendar for all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Curate and create engaging and visually appealing content such as images, videos, memes, and blog posts
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms
- Conduct regular social media audits and analysis to track and report on key performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, and adjust our strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with our overall marketing plan
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant industry professionals
- Use social media advertising to reach new audiences, promote events, and boost posts
- Identify and develop strategies to improve the user experience across all social media platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media followings
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their use for business purposes
- Excellent copywriting and design skills with an eye for creating visually appealing content
- Proficient in social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Passion for writing and a keen interest in the publishing industry
