What you'll do
The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
● Providing strategic administrative and project management support for the executive.
● Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
● Processing and managing emails and calendars.
● Scheduling internal and external meetings.
● Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate.
● Setting up eSignature documents and ensuring proper completion.
● Initiating and completing orders and purchases, including printing course materials and shipping those to clients.
● Booking travel and accommodation and meticulously filing expenses.
● Plan and execute various team events and off-site educational venues.
● Partner with the executive to maximize the value of their time and resources.
● Own developing and sustaining the organization’s overall standard operating procedures (SOPs).
What you’ll need
● Proven recent experience in executive administrative support, reporting to one or more executives
● Experience working with executives in a growing environment, preferably in consulting/educational training environments.
● Highly proficient in MS Office Apps and Teams
● Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
● A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
