Job Responsibilities
In order to meet the needs of our growing customer base, we are seeking an administrative specialist and social media lead who will take responsibility for being the initial contact for the company, send contracts for signature and track responses and questions, manage logistics for conferences and classes, track class registrations and payments, assess and update social media presence, manage online store.
Experience in a majority of these areas of responsibility will be viewed more favorably, but no specific area is significantly more important than another. This position will communicate with owners and every employee and with potential customers regularly to answer questions and provide updates; therefore, responsiveness and approachability are very important.
Experience Desired
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to represent the company well in written and verbal communications
- Understanding of social media content management and data analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and handling sensitive information.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
