Job Title: Recruiter Administrative Assistant
Location: 100% Remote (Must be local to Aiken, SC - Initial Training will be conducted on-site, then work 100% remote
Includes the following responsibilities:
- Resume Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Candidate Communication: Sending emails and making phone calls to candidates for interview scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Job Posting: Creating and posting job ads on various job boards and company career pages.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Helping with the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation sessions for new hires.
- General Administrative Tasks: Formatting Resumes, handling correspondence, general clerical duties etc.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
