Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Lead to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about social media marketing and eager to make a significant impact through the management and execution of paid social media campaigns for both B2C and B2B clients. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and clients, ensuring that campaign objectives are met and performance is optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute paid social media campaigns across diverse platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora.
- Ensure precise campaign setup, targeting, and pacing, while effectively managing campaign budgets.
- Create and oversee creative assets within platforms, collaborating with clients and creative agencies for necessary reviews.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to both internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of the Social Media Supervisor.
- Work closely with the analytics team to provide continuous reporting and insights into campaign performance.
- Proactively suggest campaign optimizations based on platform activity and performance data.
- Engage in regular communication with clients through weekly and monthly calls to discuss campaign status and recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new promotions, and changes within social media platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize social listening tools to propose enhancements to overall media or social strategies.
- Contribute to internal projects, including developing points of view, maintaining documentation, and supporting best practices.
- Assist in creating thought leadership content, case studies, and initiatives for new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a paid social media role, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Proven ability to execute and manage campaigns across a variety of platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adept at working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to balance multiple clients and campaigns.
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of organic social media and influencer marketing is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, or Washington.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
