We are looking for a Social Media Comment Moderator for a Beauty Company based in the US. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, delete, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms to maintain a positive brand presence and engage customers effectively.
- Responses should be clear, professional, caring, and prompt. Additionally, the moderator
- Will post stories and feed updates periodically using content created by the Ad Creative Editor
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
- Quick to respond and handle a high volume of interactions efficiently
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms and ability to represent the brand voice consistently
- Detail-oriented and able to spot opportunities to promote the brand or address customer concerns proactively
- Excellent English skills
- Must work Eastern Time hours
