Position: Marketing Coordinator - Remote
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will assist the marketing department in executing initiatives that range from event coordination to campaign management, content creation, and social media oversight. Your ability to engage effectively with external agencies, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders will be critical in ensuring efficient and impactful marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in a variety of marketing events, including conferences, webinars, customer dinners, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Support the creation and editing of marketing content, which includes proofreading, scheduling video shoots, and providing design assistance.
- Monitor and engage with audience interactions on blogs and social media platforms.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for industry awards, submitting nominations on an annual basis.
- Maintain review platforms, ensuring timely responses to all feedback, both positive and negative.
- Assist in managing the functionality of HubSpot, addressing sync errors, and tracking campaign performance.
- Help develop email campaigns and landing pages.
- Collaborate on diverse marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met and addressing any arising issues.
- Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to established brand guidelines and messaging.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience within a sales or marketing role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in generating sales or marketing content (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles).
- At least 1 year of experience in planning and executing events (e.g., conferences, webinars, customer dinners).
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of brand guidelines and copywriting principles for various channels.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo (preferred).
- 6+ months of experience with Salesforce, including basic report generation.
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of project management software such as Jira (preferred).
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or comparable experience) is preferred.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
