Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine marketing assets, including flyers, brochures, and digital graphics, utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ensure that all creative output adheres to brand standards and aligns with project goals.
- Assist in the planning, development, and distribution of email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Analyze performance metrics to provide insights that drive engagement improvements.
- Collaborate with sales departments to understand requirements and produce customized marketing materials.
- Maintain effective communication between marketing and sales teams.
- Manage leads and customer data through Salesforce, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Organize marketing files in cloud storage solutions, such as Dropbox.
- Support digital campaign tracking and analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Generate reports that evaluate the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork capabilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox is a plus
