What you’ll do
The Campaign Analyst position is directly responsible for managing paid digital media campaigns. The Campaign Analyst is responsible for communicating cross-functionally with other roles and departments and externally as needed with customers and vendors to ensure top-of-industry performance and service. The ideal candidate for this position must exhibit expertise in advertising principles and tactics. This person is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive and communicative. Success in this position requires a considerable amount of leadership, discretionary effort, ownership, innovation and proactive communication.
- Accurately and efficiently deploy and optimize digital media campaigns across various ad buying platforms to meet and exceed performance-focused KPIs
- Analyze all campaign metrics, constantly looking for outliers and areas of improvement within and outside the KPI
- Ensure campaigns are pacing to and meeting all campaign spend and delivery requirements
- Proactively seek out and communicate current and potential issues to relevant department members
- Provide consistent information to the account management team relative to campaign successes, challenges, optimizations, and other insights to be communicated to clients
- Maintain optimization logs and track results
- Provide insights and recommendations; craft compelling data stories
- Effectively manage tracking, trafficking, set up QA and other applicable tasks
- Debug and troubleshoot technical problems and discrepancies within the ad buying platforms and TapClicks
- Communicate with media vendors on an as-needed basis to resolve issues within ad buying platforms and investigate opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate and contribute to the strategic direction of individual accounts by providing recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, creativity, and performance
- Complete all work on accounts as assigned and prioritize appropriately
- And other duties as needed to evolve this position

- 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital campaign management
What we value
- Basic understanding of advertising principles and digital strategies
- Use of active personal social accounts with 2-factor security for business purposes
- Experience in any ad buying platform a plus (DSP, Paid Social, Paid Search)
- Experience with ad servers a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics a plus
- Comfortable using advanced functionality in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze data
- Total comfort with basic financial and mathematical calculations
- The ability to work up to 50 hours a week when necessary with sustained computer usage. Pathlabs requires employees to be available during all working hours, unless on PTO or for reasons disclosed with your manager. This role requires self-discipline and the ability to stay on track in a remote environment
