- Organize Filing Systems: Establish and maintain efficient filing systems to improve office organization.
- Office Management: Perform various administrative tasks including supply ordering and workspace upkeep.
- Calendar Management: Administer the firm’s calendar through Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely appointments and adherence to deadlines.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in office administration or similar roles is advantageous.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word is beneficial.
