Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven, part-time or contracted with the potential for full-time, Digital Marketing Specialist with exceptional PPC (Pay per click) experience to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement, generate leads and convert prospects into home buyers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of performance marketing and advertising strategies, with a proven track record in managing successful Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, optimize campaigns, and effectively manage budgets to achieve desired outcomes in collaboration with our brand designer.

Wildflower Communities is a real estate investment firm that owns and operates lifestyle manufactured housing (mobile home) communities with amenities primarily in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and sale
- Paid Media Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta
- PPC and SEO Expertise: Grow and optimize our keyword portfolio and conduct competitive analysis through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative key-wording, etc. to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Content Management: · Lead writing and testing ad copy, landing pages, and anything else that might impact driving our manufactured home sales. Optimize content for social media, email campaigns and websites
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI, CPC, and CTR and drive conversions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our brand designer to create compelling ads and align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and performance marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to leadership
Requirements
- Must have at least 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing at a reputable agency, real estate experience a plus
- At least 4 years of proven experience managing a minimum of 4 to 5 figure monthly ads spends across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools and metrics related to digital advertising
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their impact on paid search strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Must have certification in Google Ads
- Ability to work autonomously in the United States, be proactive, and execute on ideas
