Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of the General Ledger (GL), ensuring precision and adherence to GAAP standards.
- Develop custom financial reports as required by the business.
- Provide timely updates and manage tasks efficiently across various responsibilities.
- Participate in in-person meetings 2-4 times monthly to review updates and progress.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is essential.
