Outcomes COO is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative, high-performing team on a contract basis. Role OverviewAs a Contract Graphic Designer, you will play a central role in shaping and evolving the visual identity of both Outcomes COO and our new company. This role requires a strong background in branding, logo design, website design, content layout, and the creation of compelling graphics. You will collaborate with our internal teams to produce cohesive visuals that effectively communicate our brand messages and resonate with our target audiences across both companies.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Development: Lead the creation and evolution of the brand for both Outcomes COO and our new SaaS company. Design logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual assets that define and strengthen the company’s identity.
- Website Design: Design engaging and functional website layouts that align with our brand and ensure a smooth user experience. Collaborate with developers to bring the design to life and maintain the visual integrity of the site.
- Content Layout: Design and format professional content for various materials, including presentations, reports, PDFs, and marketing collateral. Ensure consistency in design across all internal and external communication.
- Graphic Creation: Create high-quality graphics for social media, email marketing, and other marketing materials. Ensure all designs align with brand standards and are visually compelling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to ensure all designs are aligned with the overall business strategy and project goals. Ensure designs effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent design standards across all materials and platforms, ensuring a unified and cohesive brand presence.
Core Skills- Project Management: Experience working on multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams, clearly communicating design ideas and aligning with project goals.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to maintaining consistency and precision, ensuring designs align with brand standards and objectives.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and present ideas in a clear, organized manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, logo design, website design, and content layout.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with both digital and print design processes, with experience delivering assets across various platforms.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with small businesses or entrepreneurial organizations is a plus.
