Job Overview
We are actively seeking a talented and driven Senior Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be entrusted with the management of financial records, account reconciliation, and the supervision of a dedicated team of bookkeepers. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records by systematically analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts for a variety of clients.
- Prepare and reconcile month-end financial statements for all clients.
- Provide leadership and support to fellow bookkeepers to uphold accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Reconcile client accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll.
- Manage the filing of sales and special taxes for clients.
- Engage in special projects as necessary to enhance our service offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online with 3-5 years of experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong understanding of auditing and reconciling third-party payroll reports to the general ledger.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Positive, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
