Join our dynamic team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our VP of Design, Rentals, and two Senior Directors of Experience Design. This position is perfect for an exceptionally organized and adaptable individual who thrives in a high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intricate schedules and calendaring for multiple leaders across various time zones.
- Prioritize numerous requests and incoming communications, ensuring timely responses according to urgency.
- Collaborate with executives and other senior leaders to align schedules with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed expense reports.
- Provide assistance in meeting planning, including logistics, agenda drafting, and presentation compilation.
- Oversee the organization of significant departmental meetings and morale-building events.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks such as ordering food and beverages for larger group meetings.
- Support filing, research, and additional administrative duties as required.
- Foster effective relationships and communication across all departments.
- Take ownership of small to medium-sized projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- A minimum of four years of experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced high-tech or startup setting.
- Ability to operate effectively amidst ambiguity, exercising quick judgment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and challenges.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities, capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Slack, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
Qualifications
- Ideally, candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience in a relevant field.
- Flexibility to accommodate changes at a moment's notice while maintaining professionalism.
- Availability between 8 AM - 3 PM PDT is desired, with the potential for up to 25% travel annually.

Compensation And Benefits
The standard hourly pay range for this position is \(34.30 - \)54.70, specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, and Washington. In addition, this role is eligible for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
