The Sales Department:
The Sales department serves as a critical link between the company’s strategic partnership programs and business operations. The Sales department partners with multiple departments to provide solutions and resources for a productive and engaging sales environment. A major function of the Sales department is to drive revenue growth through new business, upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The Career Opportunity:
A successful Account Manager should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to your clients. We focus on the Dental industry. Your main responsibility will be up-selling and cross-selling existing clients. You will also handle client calls about their account and strive to make sure practices are happy, so they continue to do business with their customers.
The position has a remote work schedule.
Areas of Accountability:
- Communicating with clients by phone, through email and online meetings to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
- Manage opportunity pipeline against Sales objectives/metrics to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Competencies for Success:
- Minimum of four (4) years of account sales or account management experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Track record of successfully saving accounts from churn
- Experience working with CRM software
- Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $50k to $55k base for this position.
