Public Label Agency is growing and searching for an Experiential Market Manager in a Southeastern State to take charge of daily Moet-Hennessy client communications across all experiential marketing projects, from development to full execution, independently managing all aspects with minimal oversight.

This role requires up to 20% travel to events.
Your role will involve:
- Understanding the client's business needs and industry trends while ensuring the agency’s goals are achieved.
- Efficiently deploying and managing resources for the account.
- Building and nurturing trust-based relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Assisting in the creation of insightful briefs and program documents with the leadership team.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and program reports to clients.
- Keeping senior account leaders informed about all account activities.
- Enhancing client business through flawless execution, innovative solutions, and forward-thinking ideas.
- Developing, managing, and reconciling budgets, and aiding in client revenue forecasting.
- Guiding direct reports with coaching and direction as necessary.
- Managing projects to consistently improve agency standards, client relationships, ROI, and account profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in event marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an agency.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A proven track record of growing existing business.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while leading a team.
- Comprehensive industry knowledge, sound judgement, and strategic planning capabilities.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach and a drive for accountability and performance.
- Expertise in budget management.
