About the Role: Central Moloney is seeking an experienced
Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a part-time, remote basis. This is not a junior-level position; we are looking for a seasoned professional with
5+ years of experience who can bring creativity, expertise, and innovation to our projects.
In this role, you will develop visually engaging and user-friendly designs for both digital and print materials, while also contributing to the evolution of our brand identity. Your UI/UX, design, and print collateral expertise will enhance our brand identity and engage our audience.
A strong portfolio showcasing your work is required to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design:
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web platforms, mobile applications, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements.
- Conduct user research and testing to optimize designs for usability and effectiveness.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Print Design
- Design and produce high-quality print materials such as brochures, catalogs, marketing collateral, and packaging.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and company messaging.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to develop cohesive design concepts.
Brand Consistency
- Maintain consistency across all design elements, ensuring a strong brand identity.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines and style guides.
Project Management
- Work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Education & Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on UI/UX and print design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating a solid ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and JavaScript.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.

- Work Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
