Are you seeking a part-time role where your administrative skills can make a big impact? We are looking for a highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our clinical teams. This position is a hybrid position (work remotely after training).In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Collecting and organizing essential documentation
Confirming appointments with patients and providers
Answering phones and directing inquiries
Handling various administrative tasks to support the team

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working in the front office of a dental practice.
Newly Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification or previous dental experience.
Familiarity with workers' compensation and liability claims.
Exceptional computer skills, including experience with dental claim software and Office 365.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Being bilingual is a huge plus.
