We're seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has excellent communication and grammar skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant's primary responsibilities include answering emails, data entry, managing multiple social media accounts as well as creating posts on other platforms, so he or she must be able to multi-task with ease and handle stress well.

This will be a 1099 freelance opportunity. No set hours.

Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO and COO by completing deligated tasks by assigned deadlines.
Execute daily administrative tasks such as word processing, spreadsheets, managing customer support emails, data entry, social media marketing and posting.
Manage and updating data files.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage Social Media Accounts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
