Salary: $65,000 annually

Bonus

Annual Individual Bonuses range from $1k-5k

Tenure Package

For each year a team member is with the company, an automatic $1k raise will incur at the end of the anniversary year for up to 10 year

Schedule

There's flexibility but with the need to be on call and 100% available to respond within 5 minutes. You will be the Executive Assistant to the same CEO & Director of 3 separate companies, therefore will be on call and remote Mon-Sat 7am -7pm. You will be given a phone, remote laptop, internet access, and travel card to perform efficiently on this requirement.

You will be required to travel to national conferences twice a year for up to 5 business days each.

Education:

A college degree in the following or similar fields: Business Mgt, Business Admin, Economics, Law, Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Political Sciences, Computer Science, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage a complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Travel Coordination: Book travel, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
Project Management: Assist with project coordination, including task delegation, follow-up, and progress tracking.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Administrative Tasks: Manage financial reports, prepare presentations, and maintain office supplies.
Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed.
Confidential Information: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum [Number] years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
