Overview:
The Remote Customer Service Agent is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to clients from a home-based environment. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat.

Please understand this is a 1099 position ( Independent Contractor) you are responsible for having all work from home equipment (Computer with Windows 11, Hard-wire headset, phone an Hard-wire internet service)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and courteously, maintaining a professional demeanor.
2. Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Information Provision: Educate customers about product features, services, and company policies, providing accurate and relevant information.
4. Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to management for continuous improvement of services.
6. Sales Assistance: Conduct upselling or cross-selling of products where applicable, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.
7. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure complete satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or call center experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, in English both verbal and written ( Bilingual is a plus).
- Basic technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate computer systems and software efficiently.

Working Conditions:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
