Job Description

Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Organize and maintain emails, documents, and files for efficient access
Provide general administrative support as needed

Must Haves

Residency in the Philippines. Only available to Filipinos.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and professional soft skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice to Haves

Previous experience supporting middle or senior management
Familiarity with additional administrative tools and software

Home Office Requirements
