The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support several executives within a key business unit. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with company executives, other assistants, and employees across the company and demonstrate consistency in forming lasting partnerships to help enable the success of Unity's leaders and the teams that they lead.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and lead all aspects of logistics for global calendar management, conflicting priorities, events, expenses and travel
Plan, coordinate and oversee logistics for team onsites, offsites and other team events
Strategically lead and prioritize complex individual and team tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Collaborate with all levels of the organization, including executives, peers, internal teams, and external vendors.
Prepare and facilitate meeting agendas and presentations with little direction.

What we're looking for

Consistent track record operating in hyper-growth environments, where building relationships and being adaptable has been critical to getting things done
Excellent operational skills, with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to gather information from people while developing strong internal/external relationships
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficiency in Google applications, Workday, Slack, and learning new tools as needed

You might also have

Have prior experience building and improving administrative processes and objectives
Be open to mentoring or coaching junior team members
