Claims Assistant Job Overview
The Weaver Adjustment Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Assistant to support our claims team with daily on-site inspections, documentation, and estimating of property damages. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and willing to travel daily to various locations to perform key functions of the claims process.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Travel daily to perform on-site property inspections.
Accurately scope, photograph, and document damages for each claim.
Assist in writing content estimates for property damages.
Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections with relevant stakeholders.
Upload all documentation, including photographs and reports, into the claims system.
Provide support in handling various administrative tasks related to the claims process.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and insurance adjusters as needed.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Ability to manage tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Willingness to travel daily for on-site inspections.
Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of claims processes and content estimating is a plus, but training will be provided.
