About the Job

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for collecting and accurately recording publicly available government data critical to our software, mostly through phone and internet research. The ideal candidate would take pride in the accuracy of their work and communicate any insights or challenges they are experiencing in data collection as the political world changes over time.

Responsibilities

Maintain proprietary databases with regular research
Adhere to a consistent schedule for key procedures and processes
Make research inquiries via phone and email

Qualifications

High School or GED required, Bachelors preferred
0-4 years of data entry experience
Extremely high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills
Good phone etiquette
Understanding Federal and State legislative processes.
Experience in state or federal legislative work would be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Location

This position allows the candidate to work 100% remote within the United States, or work from our office in Falls Church, VA. We would prefer the candidate live within commuting distance of Falls Church, VA.
