We are hiring a high-level Virtual Assistant who can also draft and manage Virginia (NVAR) contracts. This role exists to speed up the lead agent and protect production.

Knowledge with Virginia Real Estate contract is a plus

Compensation:

$15 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Executive Virtual Assistant

Manage calendar and scheduling
Coordinate inspections, closings, and meetings
Follow up on commitments
Organize priorities and protect time
Anticipate problems before they happen

Contract + Transaction

Draft NVAR offers, addenda, and disclosures
Review contracts for accuracy before submission
Track contingencies and manage deadlines
Maintain clean, compliant files

Qualifications:

Proactive and fast
Highly organized and detail-driven
1+ years of real estate transaction experience
Strong knowledge of NVAR contracts is a plus
Able to draft contracts independently
