Job description

The Factory Interactive is seeking a freelance intermediate-level graphic designer to assist on a project-based cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns.
Design assets for marketing materials such as email templates, brochures, and presentations.
Ensure all designs satisfy creative briefs, align with client branding guidelines, and meet production deadlines
Tailor designs for various social media platforms, understanding their specific formats and best practices
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Manage revisions and edits based on client and team feedback.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign visuals.
Prepare and deliver files in the correct formats for web, social, and print applications.
Possess the ability to work with 5-7 Day turnaround times
Also have the ability to take on same-day turnaround times for an additional rushed hourly fee

Minimum Required Experience:

2-5 Years of Design Experience
Must have Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign experience along with knowledge of Canva for collaborative design projects

Education:

Bachelor's (preferred)
