We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a representative of The Ellison Hotel, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding hotel amenities, policies, and procedures
Make and modify reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Process payments and refunds accurately and securely
Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay current with hotel promotions, events, and updates to effectively communicate to customers

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or hotel industry preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
