The Ace Consulting Group is growing! We are hiring for an internal administrative assistant to join our busy staffing office!

Note: This is a fully remote role. The first 2 weeks of training will take place in Oakbrook, Illinois and then the role is 100% remote.

What will you be responsible for as our Part Time Administrative Assistant?

Provide administrative support to our recruiting managers
Schedule interviews for our team via shared calendars
Email employees and candidates with hiring paperwork
Audit internal files via our system
Request background checks and coordinate drug screens, as needed

Who qualifies for the administrative assistant role?

Candidates with a strong office or administrative background
Previous experience in a staffing setting is preferred but not required
Candidates with strong data entry/computer skills, most of the work will be completed via laptop and our internal computer system

Hours for the administrative role?

Monday - Friday, 1 pm - 5 pm
Ideally, mid day to afternoon hours
We are flexible with the hours as long as they are within the general time frame of 10 AM - 5 PM in 4 or 5 hour increments
15-25 hours per week to start with increase in hours available after 60 days

How much will you earn as the administrative assistant?

Starting hourly pay is $20-25 per hour, based on experience and availability
