Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
Oversee and manage office supplies and equipment.

Communicate with vendors and clients.
Maintain records and databases, and generate reports as needed.
Manage and process invoices, expenses, and financial records using accounting software.
Provide support to management and other staff as needed.
Implement and manage office policies and procedures.

Qualifications And Skills

At least 3 years of experience in an office administration role.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
