Role Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving SQA’s voice globally by promoting the expertise of our supplier improvement solutions within the Life Sciences, Aerospace, Defense, and Hi-Tech sectors aligning with SQA’s strategies and goals. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in the development and execution of campaigns, strategies, and promotional activities. This role involves organizing market research, managing content creation, coordinating events, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities will include:

Digital Promotion

Maintain company website content, ensuring clarity of reading, correct grammar, and SEO
Community manager for the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram accounts
Write original content for the SQA corporate blog
Manage paid advertising via Google AdWords and social media ad platforms
Create and distribute a quarterly newsletter to approximately 10,000 subscribers
Design artwork for various digital publications, including newsletters and social media posts

Physical Promotion

Design/create and order promotional giveaways and materials for trade shows
Develop and create brochures, white papers, pamphlets, and other information about SQA, SQA’s services, etc
Manage the company’s attendance at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (promotional materials, administrative tasks, attendance, etc.)

Team Promotion

Work with members of Team SQA to align aspects of their digital presence (LinkedIn) to connect best and network with others in the industry
Encourage participation in and organize group outings to industry events
Keep up to date on industry events and notify the team when events or news is of interest

Industry Promotion

Partner with industry groups to participate in events
Assist with marketing efforts for local chapters of industry organizations

Sales Integration

Work with the Sales team to generate sales leads stemming from marketing materials
Assist the VP of Sales & Marketing with conversion of marketing efforts into sales leads

Desired Marketing Coordinator Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
5-7 years’ experience in marketing
Knowledge of marketing and social media analytics (including Google Analytics)
Proficiency with WordPress
Graphic design experience/familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom
Google Analytics Individual Qualification and/or Google AdWords Certified
Experience with Salesforce/Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Knowledge of SEO analysis and SEM tools

Salary with performance incentives per qualifying quarter and fiscal year
