Were looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our operations. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage schedules, emails, and correspondence.
Handle accounting tasks such as tracking expenses, invoicing, and reporting.
Assist with data entry, file management, and software organization.
Coordinate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Other administrative tasks as assigned to support the companys growth.

Requirements:

Must live in Austin, Texas, or surrounding areas.
Proficiency in software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional manner
