Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO. This fully remote role ensures smooth daily operations, professional communication, and strong organizational systems within the ministry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about serving in a faith-based environment.

Schedule

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Support virtual ministry events and meetings
Handle data entry, membership updates, and administrative tracking
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Administrative or executive support experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced ministry environment
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Alignment with Christian values and a heart for service

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience supporting senior leadership
Familiarity with CRM or ministry management tools

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
