Job Responsibilities

1.Provide general assistance, including support with cross-departmental tasks, such as Google research, and other administrative duties.

2.Maintain and manage company documents and licenses, including timely renewals and applications.

3. Conduct weekly payment review (up to 3 hours per week), including data verification, information checks, and reasonableness assessment.

4.Organize and monitor weekly sales data, and provide reports (up to 2 hours per week).

5. Perform further analysis of market reports (provided by market research team) and communicate with relevant stakeholders (up to 1 hour per week).

Work Schedule

No fixed working hours.
Payment review and sales data reports must be submitted every Wednesday.
Must be available for some time during daytime for occasional phone calls regarding documentation and other administrative matters.
Total working hours: not more than 10 hours per week.
Prefer long-term cooperationship (at least a year)

Compensation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month
