About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. You will help ensure smooth office operations, assist team members, and handle basic coordination and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination
Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries
Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
Assist in coordinating projects and internal communications
Perform general office support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Preferred Skills
