You’ll work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing marketing agency to manage operations, communication, and schedule.

Your mission is to protect Jacob’s focus by anticipating needs, keeping systems organized, and ensuring communication flows smoothly. You must love creating order from chaos and protecting time like a bodyguard.

Must be:

A master organizer and communicator
Experienced with digital tools (Slack, Gmail, Google Suite, CRM)
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, creative environment
Preference if you have experience with marketing, agencies, or content-driven businesses.
