As an Operations Associateyou will be a key member of the operations team working across onboarding new hires, timekeeping management systems, contract creation and tracking, and more. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Core responsibilities:

Support day-to-day business, people, and finance operations, ensuring core internal processes run smoothly.
Assist with procurement and legal operations workflows, including managing contract intake and inbox triage, maintaining agreement trackers and files, and coordinating agreements through execution.
Maintain and audit employee data across timekeeping and benefits systems for with larger lifts for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Coordinate with internal staff on onboarding and offboarding needs, including, but not limited to: assisting with system access, benefit setup, and enrollment in required organizational trainings.
Support various operations projects, such as performance review cycles, compensation updates, and business compliance projects.
Support internal teams with large meeting requests for department heads
Occasionally support on administrative tasks for Executive level staff including scheduling, travel coordination & expenses

About You (Minimum Requirements):

2–4 years of experience in operations, HR, people operations, or finance operations.
A plus if you have experience working with PEOs (e.g., ADP) and familiarity with expense systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
