Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to inquiries.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence as required.
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages for the partners.
Conduct research and compile information to assist with case preparation and project management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative positions, preferably in a legal setting.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
