Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Processing Assistant to support our case processing and daily operations. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflows between our office, clients, and referring law firms.

Schedule & Work Structure

Approximately 25-30 hours per week over 3 to 5 days.
Opportunity to transition into a full-time position
Prefer in-office role with limited remote work initially
Remote flexibility can increase based on performance and reliability. Full remote work possible for exceptionally qualified applicants'

Key Responsibilities

Input new funding applications and supporting documentation
Maintain and update case files, tracking all activity accurately
Communicate with attorneys, law firm staff, and clients to obtain required information
Assist with processing support and case status tracking
Answer incoming phone calls
Manage document collection, organization, and data entry
Monitor and follow up on outstanding items to keep cases moving
Provide general administrative and operational support

Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
Clear, professional communication (phone and email)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Prior experience in legal, financial services, or processing roles preferred

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate $30-$40 (based on experience)
