About the Role

I’m seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support me with light administrative and project coordination tasks. This is a long-term, part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Email inbox management and organization
Calendar management and scheduling
Light project management and task tracking
Following up on action items and deadlines
Document organization and basic research as needed

Ideal Candidate

Strong written English skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing confidential information
Proactive communicator who can work with minimal supervision
Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or small business owners preferred

Tools & Skills (Preferred)

Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
Experience with project management in Google platforms
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
