Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with administrative, operational, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring executives remain organized, informed, and focused on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
Organize and maintain digital files, reports, and documentation
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives when appropriate
Assist with project coordination and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information
Support internal communication between departments and external partners
Track tasks, meeting notes, and action items for leadership teams
Provide general administrative support and assist with daily operational needs

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High level of professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
Reliable internet connection and ability to maintain a professional remote workspace

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
