NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a CFO to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a remote, direct hire position.

Candidate must reside in the state of Florida.

SALARY: $200-$225K +bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements

Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing financial strategies that support business growth.
Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and capital raising.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Cultural fluency and experience navigating global financial operations, with mandatory expertise in the US and Switzerland to craft cohesive and effective financial strategies.
