About the Role

Mangomint is looking for a driven, proactive and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to the CEO, to join our team. This is an opportunity to gain firsthand insight into how a successful SaaS company operates while working directly with our CEO. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mangomint, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and strategically—managing schedules, supporting key projects, and collaborating with teams across the company. You’ll work with a variety of people, both internally and externally, making a real impact along the way. What You’ll Do

Calendar Management: Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure time is allocated to high-priority activities
Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries
Meeting Support: Attend key meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion
Event Planning: Organize leadership off-sites and team meetings, managing logistics, travel, meals, and agendas
Communication Management: Monitor and prioritize the CEO’s communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses
Project Assistance: Take ownership of special projects as needed
Confidentiality Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Personal Support: assist with personal tasks to help balance professional and personal responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
Location: Remote with occasional, in-person tasks in West Los Angeles (While most tasks can be managed remotely, others will require in-person presence as well as some travel.)
Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative, anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and stay ahead of deadlines
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using spreadsheets, project management tools, and communication platforms, with the ability to learn new software quickly
Highly Organized: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, and creating efficient systems
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional tone
Flexible & Adaptable: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Confidentiality & Discretion: You can be trusted to keep confidential and private information, well, confidential and private
Team-Oriented: You genuinely enjoy supporting others and ensuring their success
