The Technical Support Specialist provides assistance and troubleshooting to customers experiencing technical issues with products or services. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing effective solutions.
Guide customers through step-by-step procedures to resolve issues.
Document all interactions and technical solutions in the support database.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
